Anderson Casita was designed by 180 degrees and built by 180 degrees
The 748 square foot casita is designed to provide additional living quarters for a multigenerational family. All aspects of the site planning and design of the casita took into consideration accessible routes and spaces.
The central focus of the newly formed courtyard is the pool and deck area where the family can congregate. Planters with yellow powder coated finish, mark focal points on the site. At the planter near the casita are wind chimes made by the patriarch of the family. In memorandum of him the steel plate that the wind chimes are suspended from was waterjetted to create a barcode pattern of his name.
