The retail spaces at the Campbell Commons are designed to be comfortable and inviting, giving the visitor an opportunity to enjoy a great meal or cup of coffee in a relaxed environment.

The existing building footprints remained intact in this Adaptive Reuse project while  extended canopies and roof structures were added to create shaded outdoor spaces for patrons.

A focus was placed on incorporating extra large glass pivot doors and windows to allow the activation of the interiors spaces and also allow them to establish a visual connection with the exterior patio spaces.

The existing masonry walls and concrete were sandblasted to bring them back to their original state. This process exposed texture that compliments the smooth and refined nature of the new glass and metals panel systems.
