This second phase expansion of Campbell Commons will include the expansion of parking to the east and the design and construction of a new, stand-alone 18,500 sf mixed use building. The new expansion will house new restaurants, retails services and commercial office. 

The building is designed to enclose an internal courtyard for dining use and shaded space for office users. Exterior zones on the north with dense landscaping provide for a buffer to the residential properties to the north and act as an exterior expansion of retail space for tenants. 

The building materials represent a modern take on the arcadia aesthetic though unique explorations in brick along with perforated metal facades to transform the buildings at night.
